What happens to the space capsule that Felix Baumgartner used to climb above 120,000 feet?

ImageDoes it continue to float up into space? Nope..what comes up, must come down and since Felix was at the edge of space, about 1/3 of the distance to what is recognized by most as the official boundary of space (62.137 miles, 100 kilometers), the capsule was destined to succumb to Earths gravity.  So like Felix, the capsule was equipped with a parachute for safe retrieval.  They also outfitted the capsule with a honeycomb base and an elaborate system of crash pads to protect it upon landing.
